We’ve been busy this month with various events from Weddings to Christenings.
We recently had a tasting session for Wedding coming up next year, which was thoroughly enjoyed by both the clients and us. Starting with Canapés of Spicy Tomato Shots, Chicken Goujons, Sliders and Sausage wraps. Which then lead to a choice of starters; Tomato and Red Pepper Bruschetta with Basil Dressing, Goats Cheese and Red Onion Tartlet with a Rocket and Beetroot Salad and a Trio of Ripe Seasonal Melon. For the Main, Clients wanted a ‘Host the Roast’ with all the Trimmings where guests will Carve their own Meat. To Finish, They had a Assisette of Desserts, which included a Strawberry Cheesecake, A Chocolate Profiterole and a Sharp Lemon Tart.
Over the Month we also, Catered for a 60th Birthday Party in which they had a Cold Buffet. We also decorated the room with Chair Covers and Sashes. We also produced a Cold Buffet for A Christening.
A 10th Wedding Anniversary Party opted for a different type of Buffet. They had Various cheese boards, Pate, Olives, Various Crackers and Breads and Pork Pies. We at Watt’s Professional Catering Services can provide food to any requirements, whether it be a Traditional Buffet of something a bit Different!
Our Biggest Event Came this Saturday.. a Wedding for the Lovely Pat and Chris. We helped make their special day by helping with room decoration, providing them with a 3 course meal and an Evening Buffet.
For Their 3 Course, they had the option of Prawn Salad or Melon for Starters.
A Roast with all the trimmings for their Main and a Choice of Lemon Meringue Pie, Chocolate Profiteroles or Ice Cream for Dessert.
Pat and Chris Stuck to the Irish colours for their Wedding, the venue at Burntwood Rugby Club looked barely recognisable!
Nothing more that we love than making our Customers happy!
