You can definitely tell it’s the wedding season!

We ended May on a great note, BRIAN AND BELINDA GOT MARRIED! and of course, who better to cater for the wedding than ourselves? Brian and Belinda had two Celebrations for their Big Day. One a small family get together in their caravans as the start of their rallie, where the had a wholesome Buffet. And a second Bigger party with a Hog Roast! Everyone had a fantastic time and the weather stayed lovely.

Not only were we busy with Brian’s Wedding but we also put together a Buffet for a baby shower.

As we entered June, we catered for Carrie-Ann and Marcus’s Wedding, They had various Canapés for their close family and friends. Then they had a Buffet for around 80 guests, to which they thoroughly enjoyed.

Things were very busy this weekend. Starting with Mick and Julie’s Wedding Vow Renewal and Mick’s Birthday! They also kicked things off with a few canapés. Then later in the evening, they had a Buffet for their 100 guests.

Saturday was also Busy with two buffet deliveries, One for around 45 Guests and another for around 15 Guests.

And on Sunday we catered for Jessica’s Christening for 100 guests! We provided a classic buffet, to which all the guests enjoyed.

This month we also created some new menus, so please take a look at them on our Facebook Page.

We are able to cater for both small and big parties, company meetings, presentation evenings etc. We try and accommodate for our customers every requirement. If you’re happy, We’re happy!

Spring Has Sprung!

We started March off on a high, the first wedding of the season complete! Watt’s Professional Catering Services helped with the Catering of a 3 course meal and an evening Buffet, and the room decoration. All the Guests were more than pleased.

We’ve also been very busy with other various events, starting with an Afternoon Tea Style Christening for 80 guests, a brilliant idea for something a bit different and all the guests seemed to love it.

As we have been busier we’ve needed a few extra hands, Watt’s Professional Catering have now welcomed two new members to our team! It has been a great training experience for them these past few weeks with the variety of events we have had on, from Funerals to birthday parties, sit down meals to buffets.

But it has not only been events we have been busy with. We regularly feed our local kids football teams Hednesford FC and Burntwood Dragons, who come to Burntwood Rugby Club for their Post-match meal. Along with the football teams, we also had Lichfield Girls Rugby to feed at the club as they were not able to eat at their own club.

What better way to treat your Mum on Mother’s Day than a 3 Course Meal? We had 50 happy guests at our Mother’s Day Carvery.

Every year we also provide a Lunch to the Patrons at Burntwood Rugby Club. We provided a wholesome hot and cold buffet for 50 people.

This weekend we also ventured out to Bishton Hall, where we had a 3 course meal for 40 guests for their Murder Mystery Evening.

It has been a busy few weeks and we look forward to the many busy weeks ahead! Thank you to our Customers for your on going support 🙂

A Belt Tightening Month

We started off February on a sad note, with a couple of Wakes, Watt’s Professional Catering tried our best to comfort our customers and make it as stress free as possible.

On a lighter note we had our EHO inspection and got our 5 rating once again! Which we are thrilled about, our customers deserve the very best.

Following our inspection we had two functions at Burntwood Rugby Club on the Saturday, a 40th Birthday party and a 60th Birthday Party, both events had over 100 people so it was busy busy busy! We provided quality Buffets for both events and customers were very happy, which we love to hear.

Watt’s Professional Catering took part in the Valentines Wedding Fayre at Burntwood Rugby Club, to which we gathered many bookings and contacts for other businesses that we recommend to our customers. If we are not able to help customers with their big day, we still try and help them in the direction with anything they may need. After all it’s one of the biggest days of your life and we love to help where we can. And so we put together a special package for the event which had a great interest.                                                    16807529_624571164395431_926738309010545890_n16640721_624575787728302_440782058987936534_n

September Events

It’s been an emotional month with a number of local Wakes, to which everything went smoothly and all customers were happy with their buffets.

We’ve also been busy bringing back the pie and pint night, which has been running every Thursday at Burntwood Rugby Club. With a large variety of Homemade pies and a Pint to accompany!

Also running every Friday has been our Curry Night, which proved to be popular!

We have had various Milestone Birthdays this Month 18th’s, 21st’s and a 50th. All within Burntwood Rugby Club, which except all age group Birthday Parties. All Events enjoyed a variety of hot & cold and cold Buffets from our vast selection.

We welcome back Hednesford Football Club every other Saturday for their post match Meal and welcome Burntwood Dragons who have joined us this season for their post match Meals.

Watt’s Professional Catering also satisfied a number of ‘outside events’ in the local area. Catering for Baby Showers, and Private Birthday Parties.

With the launch of our re vamped Snack Menu we are now offering Panini’s, Pizza, Baguettes, Jacket Potatoes, Burgers and Basket Meals. We hope these will prove to be a success with our local clientele.

We did a breakfast function for a Facebook Caravan Club – On Wheels We Travel. Although numbers were limited, this club is less than 6 months old and I believe already has 3000 members!! On Wheels We travel are a great club that is currently raising funds for two fantastic charities- Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and Douglas Macmillan Cancer Charity. And have already raised around £900 for these Charities.
